WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

We use only the highest quality of natural ingredients, ingredients that are easily recognizable. All ingredients are listed on the product's description page. If you have any further question, please do not hesitate to contact us

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS WERE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

Please know that Five TwentySix is not liable for any damages during shipping. You can contact USPS if your products were damaged during shipping.

HOW DO I STORE MY BODY BUTTERS?

All our products should be stored at room temperature. A change in temperature can cause the butters to melt so avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight. In the case that your butter has melted, do not fret, simply store in the fridge for it to solidify. Please note that the body butter will not return to its original whipped state but it is still safe to use.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the current global pandemic and the nature of our handmade products, we do not offer returns, exchanges and refunds. All sales are final once orders are processed. Please check the ingredients and contact us for any question prior to your purchase.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once orders are processed and confirmed, we do not accept cancelations. If you need to make changes right after making your purchase, please contact us immediately on the Contact Us page.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 2 days (3-4 days during holidays) to handcraft, pack and ship your products. Orders are shipped on week days only. Shipping confirmation will be emailed once your order have shipped.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Absolutely! If you are in Houston or surrounding areas, you can pick up your order from a designated location. A location will be provided to you once your order is ready. An ID and confirmation order will be needed before the order is released to you.
